Meet Tracy Kelly

Tracy Kelly (trail name Juice) isn’t a native Texan, but got here as fast as she could (age 7). Growing up in a suburb of Houston (Cypress), she was fortunate enough to have horses of her own since the age of 9. Attending Baylor University (marketing/management) and then Texas A and M veterinary school prepared her for a rewarding career as a mixed animal veterinarian in Waco, Tx. Tracy owned a rural veterinary practice for 28 years before semi-retiring. She loves the outdoors, travel, and adventure- having participated in marathons, triathlons, equine endurance racing, hiking, and long-distance boating. She and her husband, Stewart, are enjoying many adventures together while spending time with their three grown sons. Next on the list is hiking the Camino de Santiago in Spain. They are thrilled about the new xTx trail and are excited to help see it come to fruition.
